Walk side by side
Family problems definitely have an impact on the performance of an employee. A harmonious marital relationship is nurtured with much love from both partners. If it is handled poorly, your other half will be a source of trouble for you. Being good to your other half builds the spiritual support you need at work, and is the secret to a happy marriage.
1. Give emotional support
- Spend 15 minutes every day to listen carefully to what your other half has to say, and at the same time tell them what is troubling you so you can build a close marital relationship.
- Be supportive to your other half whatever the circumstances. Have a clear understanding of your role and responsibility in the family. Carry out your role and your responsibilities well.
2. Take action to show you care
- Use words, body language and action to show that you care. Be understanding, tolerant and accommodating to each other. Avoid quarrels over every small matter; they cause hard feelings.
- Be creative in building a pleasant atmosphere at home. Give your partner a small gift from time to time.
3. Have a good time together
- Do regular aerobic exercises together, like jogging, swimming or taking a walk in the park.
- Take part in joint activities and share interesting experiences with each other.
- Create conversation topics or take trips together to strengthen your relationship.
